Shanghai Free-Trade Zone is the first Hong Kong-like free trade area in mainland China. It is now possible for foreign entities to open a Limited Company in Shanghai with NO real capital requirements. This enables Foreign companies to enter the Chinese market quickly and with minimal risk

AS PART OF OUR SERVICES In CHINA FREE TRADE ZONE:

Step 1: Pre-registration

During this phase, the business owner must decide on the legal structure of its business. The company name (in Chinese) according to Chinese business guidelines is also decided during this step.  Also the registered address of the business which could be at Shanghai FTZ.

NOTE: China allows for shared office (virtual offices) to be used for the business registration.

Step 2: Application

We will handle the preparation of all necessary documents to register your company in China Free Trade Zone (a. feasibility study, b. Memorandum and c. Articles of Association). The application process from start to finish can take up to 25 working days to complete.

NOTE: There is no required minimum registration capital as of 2016to 

Step 3: Post-Application AT Free Trade Zone

Once the application is successful, we will assist you in applying for the following items:

1. Company seal (sometimes referred to as the chomp/chop)
2. Company bank account
3. Tax identification number & registration 
4. Alien Employment permit in China (for expatriates)
5. Import/export licenses for customs clearance
6. Special license/ Pre-approval license (if requires)
